RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns and Replacements

Return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Incorrect item delivered

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with tampered or broken seals

Refund Process

  • Return requests may require photo or video verification.
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or damaged product.
